How do I book a ride with Dropz All Over?
You can easily book a ride through our user-friendly app. Just enter your pickup and drop-off locations, choose your preferred vehicle type, and tap “Request Ride.”
How do I pay for my ride?
We offer multiple payment options, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets. You can choose your preferred payment method when booking a ride or change it later in the app.
How can I track my driver's location?
Once your ride is confirmed, you can track your driver’s real-time location in the app. You’ll also receive updates on their estimated arrival time.
What if I need to cancel my ride?
You can cancel your ride anytime before the driver arrives. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the driver is to your pickup location.
